The Wizards opened the 2013 NBA pre-season on Tuesday night, falling 111-106 in overtime to Brooklyn at the Verizon Center.

Nene appears healthy, leading all scorers with 19 points. John Wall with a great all-around evening with 16 points, eight assists and five rebounds.

The injury riddled Wizards played without Emeka Okafor, Trevor Booker, Chris Singleton and Otto Porter.

Owner Ted Leonis Happy To Have The NBA Back

The Wizards are already en route to Brazil, where they face the Chicago Bulls on Saturday.
