The win is the sixth in seven meeting between the two teams, with Morgan State upsetting Maryland in their last meeting back in 2009. Maryland faces their toughest test of the season next week, with a trip to Columbus to take on the No.7 Ohio State Buckeyes. Turgeon knows it will be tough challenge for his young team.

“We’re a lot better today than we were two weeks ago. This will be our first true road game Tuesday so that’ll be a challenge for us. I like to think we’ll be pretty focused and dialed in. It will be a pretty tough game obviously, but I feel better about our team than I did a week ago.”
