Pacers Spank Wizards
The Pacers have the best record in the Association and they showed why on Friday night with a 93-73 win over the Wizards in Indianapolis. Indiana with their sixth straight win, running their record to an incredible 15-1 on the season. The Wizards, now 7-9 on the season, trailed by as many as 25 points in the fourth quarter. Budding superstar Paul George led the Pacers with 23 points, while George Hill and Roy Hibbert tallied 13 apiece.
Already playing without starting shooting guard Bradley Beal, Washington had to make a go with it without Nene. The Wizards starting power forward had to sit out with a sore right Achilles tendon. The Wizards struggled offensively, barely shooting 40% from the floor and only managing two players in double figures. Marcin Gortat with 17 points and 10 rebounds, good enough for his seventh double-double, while Trevor Ariza added 14. Indiana has the NBA’s top ranked defense, limiting the Wizards to 30 points in the pain and ZERO points in transition.

How long will Nene be sidelined? In the midst of three games in four days, including games on Saturday and Monday, there is little time for rest.
Nene says foot has bothered him 2 games. Getting treatment & medicine but doesn't know if he can go tomorrow night vs Atlanta.
