I Thought the whole defense left a lot to be desired.and how can you not give a thumbs down to the punting team? 3 years of major kicking problems from danny williams coaching.wtf does he still have a job?

Good stuff, Mark. You could argue the special teams deserved a thumbs down, but Cundiff did well and I love how Sundberg played with a broken arm from the second quarter onwards. What a stud.

I thought the defense did its part. Good pressure just from 4 pass rushers. The secondary had some problems, but that was to be expected. The Saints averaged 41 points per game at home last season and never lost in the regular season. Our defense gave up only 25 points in the Superdome. I will take that and I think almost any NFL defensive coordinator would, too.

Agreed . . . i thought the D got good play up front and in doing so made life a bit difficult for one of the best offenses in football . . . its not easy to shut down NO and even though the Skins didn't do that they did outplay my expectations over all . . . if they can continue to grow and find some CB help FS help (maybe getting Marriweather healthy will allow them to play Gomez for Williams) they can be real good in a year or two . . .
