    Montgomery strained MCL

This would be a huge loss next week if he can't go. We will keep a close eye on this. Montgomery has been a rock in the middle of the offensive line. He will have an MRI evaluation tomorrow.

This is horrible. Just when the guy was getting a lot of kudos in the press.
    Hopefully good news tomorrow.

Montgomery has been the team's second-best lineman this year and has been playing at an All Pro level. His blocking for the interior rushing game has been amazing.

Montgomery has definitely been steady in the middle. Dont really notice him which is a great thing for OL. Now is not the time for us to start getting injuries on the OL. Hopefully not to serious and he can play.

To be honest I didn't even know he left the game. I saw Hurt in at LG but didn't notice 78 at center. That's a good thing. I don't think Polumbus to Black is much of a drop off, if any. Polumbus was not excelling as a pass blocker on straight drop backs and the way they move RGIII out of the pocket the Polumbus injury might not be that big of deal. Monty would be a different story, IMO, only because it puts Hurt in the game at LG, unless they start LeRibeus and keep Hurt off the bench as a swingman.

i am also more worried about the Center position . . . Lichty was a center to start, so moving him there might be ok, but then its either one of the rooks or hurt . . . don't like hurt, haven't seen the rooks play . . . as for polumbus, while he might be a liability in pass pro, he has excelled in the run blocking and i would don't want to see that play drop off either . . . lets just hope for the best as right now continuity is our best asset on the line . . .

Having to play the rook early in the season might have been pretty bad, but after 14 weeks on the sideline and learning the playbook I would hope that his "rookieness" is behind him, just like it was for Cousins.
