    2) Demond Trufant CB Washington- Trufant is a good one and the Redskins needs to focus on offensive tackle, cornerback and safety in this draft. Trufant is the first of several DB's taken in the 2013 draft.

    3) Brennan Williams T UNC- I end up picking him in just about every mock. Projects as booked with Trent for the remainder of the decade.

    4) D.J. Swearinger S South Carolina- Nasty athlete fills a real need. We can hope that Tanard Jackson is in the lineup by October and that Brandon Meriweather is healthy, otherwise need some additional talent.

    5) Collin Klein ATH Kansas State- Does he project as a safety at the next level? Emergency option quarterback? Big, hard working kid is a playmaker.

    5) Johnny Adams CB Michigan State- Washington needs to continue to pump new blood into the secondary. Will Minnifield pan out? Will DeAngelo Hall rework his contract or be let go?

    6) Chris Gragg TE Arkansas- One of the top tight ends in the Southeastern Conference. Paulsen overachieved this season and lets face it Niles Paul isn't a tight end. If Fred Davis isn't brought back, at least one tight end needs to be brough into camp.

    7) Omar Hunter DT Florida- With Chris Neild coming off injury, the Redskins need an insurance policy behind Barry Cofield. Hunter was a major part of an absolute wrecking crew on the defensive side of the ball for the Gators.
I be happy with this. Another draft like last year and we would really rock.

The only pick i do not like is Colin Klein. I am sure there are better picks there have to pickup a RB or LB.

I do not like Royster backing up Morris. He is a liability picking up the blitz. he about got killed cousins killed by whiffing on his blitz pickup.

And we always need LBers especially with Fletcher getting older.

Yes, I guess I just got caught up in the Klein hype. He has been mentioned as a possible defender in the back seven. I could see adding one linebacker in the draft, but there are alot of options on the roster, especially if Robinson returns strong.

According to some sources on Twitter, the Redskins have interview the following: VT WR Marcus Davis, MIA DB Brandon McGee, KSU S Bradley McDougal, and South Florida LB Sam Barrington.

hmmm . . . Marcus Davis got the height and speed that we are missing at WR . . . listed at 6'3" - 230lbs and running a 4.35 40 is pretty impressive . . . wonder with those measurements why he is ranked as the 16th WR . . .

    MIA DB Brandon McGee . . . has decent size and speed at 6'0" - 200lb . . . running a 4.4 40 . . . played QB for his first 3 years, moved to cb as a senior . . . a bit raw, but might be a decent later round prospect . . .

    KSU S Bradley McDougal . . . decent size and speed at 6'1" - 210 lbs . . . runs a 4.45 40 . . . played FS . . . 3 picks as a senior . . . 2nd team big 12 . . . again, a later round pick IMO . . .

LB Sam Barrington . . . seems a little small for me, so must be projected as a MLB . . . is 6'2" - 210lbs . . . does run a 4.6 40, so has good speed . . . if he can bulk up and keep the speed his measurable would be good, but will need at least another 25 pounds added to the frame

As we move past the All-Star games and approach the combine, I am really hoping the Redskins get LSU safety Eric Reid. He had a better season in 2011 as a sophomore, but that is good news, as they now have a chance to get him. I am also hoping they get a CB either in 2nd or 3rd round (with safety being the other) as I am actually one that feels Tyler Polumbus is more than adequate at RT. Given the cap situation (and penalty) they are really going to have to make the right moves. Hall needs to restructure, Moss is probably gone and if Fletcher does retire- at least there will be savings there as well.

The more i watched CB Jordan Poyer the more i want the skins to draft him. Not sure if he will still be there in the 2nd tho.
