I think he was a third rounder in 2010, not a 4th rounder, but 100% accurate on the rest. Great to see a mid round draft choice paying off!
Keenan Robinson was getting many more reps than I thought he would this year considering he was transitioning from 4-3 OLB to 3-4 ILB. Dare I say we are starting to hit on our mid round draft choices and getting contributions from them?
This is very important as for the next 2 years we have to hit and hit strong with our 2nd, 3rd and 4th round picks to put a lot of talent around RGIII. We need a starting caliber RT, CB, S and pass rushing OLB who scares OT's, sorry Orakpo and Kerrigan.
This last game against Dallass just affirmed what I have been saying. Dallass passed every play in the 2nd half and we got 1 sack as I recall. We had a huge lead and got 1 sack? That is unacceptable. We should have had a minimum of 4 2nd half sacks when Dallass was in a pure passing, come from behind mode.

while i would like to see an upgraded pass rusher on the outside, i don't think the Skins will see that as a need if Orakpo is deemed healthy . . . i would love to see Orakpo traded, but don't see it happening . . . and will admit, we were far better at rushing the passer last year and that should have improved this year, but without Orakpo and Carriker we are definitely worse off . . .
Robinson is already our best cover LB, and i thought was coming along very well . . . too bad he got hurt . . . sure hope he is able to come back all the way . . . Jenkins sure didn't, maybe next year . . .
I wonder if there is something to our strength coach, his techniques, and these peck injuries to our LB's? 1 is an accident, 2 could be a coincidence, if a 3rd happens, you have the start of a trend.
i wouldn't mind seeing some changes with the strength coaching . . . and more importantly with the medical staff . . . living in PHX i have seen what the best training staff in the NBA can do . . . the Suns staff takes players (old or young) that have been very injury prone (see Grant Hill) and keeps them healthy a hell of a lot more than any other training staff was able to . . . even Steve Nash used to miss a lot of time in Dallas, hardly any with the Suns and has been out most of the season with the lakers . . . The Suns training staff does a lot of different techniques (like yoga) to help players become more flexible along with the additional strength they are always seeking . . . and have been touted the best training staff in all of professional sports . . . prior to them the Suns were very "injury prone", now they have the fewest injuries in the league every year . . . there has to be something to it . . .
