Game 10 thread: Eagles @ Redskins

Great job by Perry Riley to smoke out that RB screen. Riley has easily been the team's best linebacker this year.

Lucky Celek dropped that pass on third down because they'd have gone for it on fourth and less than a yard.

I hate that. One yard short. If there is one criticism I have of RG3 it is that he too often throws short of the first down marker. That happens a lot more than it should.

that means the routes are designed to run short of the 1st down markers . . . that drives me NUTS!!!

agreed . . . and philly would have gotten the first against us . . . all they would have had to do is pass and not drop the pass . . .

Eagles pass rush really got the better of our offensive line on that drive. Skins going for it, though. We'll see.

Bad play by RG3. Held the ball too long. Should have just thrown it into the third row.

Redskins didn't do very well there. One bad play by Garcon and then basically a give up play by the Skins. Didn't use the timeout to take another shot at the end zone. Not good.

17-3 at halftime and get the ball to start the third quarter. Need to play better on offense. Foles is settling down a bit and probably won't make so many mistakes in the second half.
