Probably because they beat us again twice last year and until we beat them it will stay that way.

the Skins are 3rd in Total Offense and 29th in total defense . . . averaging those out would put us at 13, which i think is too high . . . i would say anywhere from 15 - 20 would be a justifiable power ranking . . .
