According to NFL cap numbers, DeAngelo Hall will count $8.3 million on the 2013 NFL cap, but cutting him would only cost .3 million against dead cap.
No brainer.

Only reason he is here now is because nobody is available to take his place.good riddance when he finally leaves! hopefully,he'll hold the door open for danny smith and haslett to leave with him!
couldn't agree more . . . can't wait for Hall and his top level CB contract to be gone . . . and even though it wouldn't save them any money this year i wouldn't mind seeing them cut him now and bring it someone like leigh boden or one of the other available vets out there to take his place on the roster . . . not expecting any improvement in play, but attitude would be better and cutting him would make a point!!
I want him gone. Funny thing is i never wanted him here and hated the signing. but on the half year deal he played great and i was actually starting to like him but after he got paid again he started go back to his old ways.
Would love for them to trade him for anything really. But i dont think anyone is dumb enough to take him off our hands.
