Good work, Mark. I'm tired of Garcon acting like he won the game every time he catches the ball. He's been terrific when healthy-ish this year and he blocks like a maniac, but he's got to tone down the taunting. Hopefully, this penalty will be the lesson he needs. That taunt ruined a very promising drive today.

i wouldnt even call that a taunt. I mean he and Moss do it every first down. So just so happened that he spun the ball and gets pushed by the defender and he gets flagged. I did not agree with that call at all.
Almost every team(well a lot of teams) has someone that spins the ball like that.

It wasn't spinning the ball that got the penalty, it was the rolling the dice hand action afterwards. It's effectively the same thing as using the ball as a prop after scoring a TD. Act like you've caught a pass before and leave the ball on the ground or give it to the refs.

I dont recall anything about his hand motion. All i remember is as soon as he spun the ball Jackson pushed him. So i will have to go back and rewatch it. But i did not see anything he normally doesnt do as far as i can remember.
