Blowing the whistle where the runner was clearly no where near out. Are these Refs replacements?

That's ridiculous. You blow the whistle, the play is dead regardless. That's not right to reverse your call after you've blown the play dead and the Redskins stopped playing.

Even with decent refs,this is still an ongoing train wreck of a team! we should fire everybody from the head coach to the waterboy! shanny should at the least remove haslett and let morris be the OC the rest of the year,he can't be any worse can he?
