Good write-up.

Not sure who is to blame for that final NYG score. Could be plenty of blame all around. I posted the video of Mike Shanahan's postgame presser (http://www.dcprosportsreport.com/washington-redskins/mike-shanahan-s-postgame-press-conference.html) and it is pretty clear he's furious about what happened on that play. Did Haslett call the wrong defense? I don't know, but it looked okay to me. Skins were doubling both Cruz and Nicks and Wilson and Williams somehow let Cruz get behind them. Looked like a bad misplay by Williams, but I'll have to see the play again.

I have watched the play and it was looked like wilson thought he had over the top coverage but Williams was looking in the back field while back pedaling and by the time he saw cruz running a go route he had no chance to recover against a faster Cruz. I think the defensive play call was right but the safety did not played it about as bad as you can.

its hard enough to over come the deficiencies of our secondary . . . when you add 4 second half turnovers into the mix the results are usually not good . . . i'll give each of the 4 turnovers a thumbs down . . . especially moss' as that was a extremely critical juncture in the game and vet's just don't do that .. .
