I had started a poll over on my other forum....and figured I would ask the question here too.

What do you guys think?

What would you give up to get him?

na . . . not a big fan . . . he gives up on plays at times . . . and has show, on occasion, alligator arms in the past . . . pass

nope. Thought i would never say this, but i am happy with our WR core at the moment. Once we have a healthy Garcon to pair with Hank(who is coming on now) and Morgan i think we are good. And cant forget Moss in the slot.

Now if you mention a RT or another OL i would be for it. lol.

agreed . . . for me the off season moves should be SECONDARY, RT, other o-lineman . . .

Is KC shopping him, or are we talking next offseason?

My question, too. I'd be interested in Dwayne Bowe because he's the sort of big, touchdown-scoring wideout the offense needs and Shanny likes. A good fit, I think. But it's not like we have any first round picks to offer KC so I don't know how we would get him unless he's going to hit the open market.

I'm not happy with the wideouts as they are. I think Hankerson has done almost nothing this year. Josh Morgan has been okay, but he seems more suited to the third wideout role. Things would be better if Garcon was healthy, but he's not. The offense is scoring 29.6 ppg without a #1 or even a #2 wideout. Think what the Skins could do with a healthy #1 wideout. I know both Shanahans are drooling at the prospect of it.

Maybe if it's a straight up player for player, but we need to keep our draft picks for 2013 and beyond.

i'd have not problem going after a big #1 wideout, but cannot stand Bowe . . . and that game last year where he alligator armed a pass that would have put KC into game winning field goal range did it for me!!

Bowe signed his tender so he can't be re-signed during the season. You'd have to trade for him and hope you can re-sign him after the season. Can't see anyone giving up a lot for him under those circumstances.

I'd send them banks and deangelo hall straight up for him! I Seriously doubt they would be that stupid though!

Chiefs need a QB. What if sent them a package including Cousins. Wonder if they would have any interest in him or are just looking for their future QB in this upcoming draft.

Cousins won't be going anywhere this year as he has not going to demand enough yet . . . The Skins will want to continue to develop him and showcase him next preseason . . . if he really shines there his stock will go way up . . . until that happens it is not worth trading him . . .

I agree. Even then i still dont think anyone would even inquire about Cousins until he plays significant snaps during the regular season.

trading for bowe will never happen.signing a free agent wr may be the best route to go.

most likely yes . . . he would have to show he can play during games that count in order to get anything of value for him . .

Too expensive. Plus, to my knowledge, Bowe doesn't play CB or S, which is where the current problem lies.

I wouldnt go after Bowe THIS year....I would release Banks, and search the universe including practice squads of other teams for secondary help.

x2!

Banks me freaking nervous every punt to him. I would give up that one TD a year for consistency and protection of the football.

Banks scares me everytime he is on the field, including in the backfield. In my opinion, A. Robinson can do everything than Banks does.

I agree bgordon. i do not like Banks. We keep him for his return ability but he doesnt get to return kickoffs anymore because they are always touchbacks and he doesnt do enough on punt returns to warrant a roster spot.

I agree 100%. I still dont understand how he made the 53 man roster. I know I sound like a 'hater', and really I'm not....I just dont feel that this team can afford to keep just a kick returner, while Robinson/Moss could fill this position, and still contribute on offense.

Banks has not done a damn thing all season,so i get the feeling he won't be back next season unless he turns into gale sayers jr the rest of the season!
