When the Redskins let DL Demetric Evans, a productive and versatile, if unspectacular lineman, leave in free agency [for a very reasonable and affordable contract], there was a hole on the line. WR Marko Mitchell is young, talented, and tall. His odds of making the active roster are even taller, considering the players in front of him. His best bet may be an injury to one of the five players likely to make the team at WR. If he plays well, I see the still-raw Mitchell finding a place on the practice squad for a year before replacing DJ Hackett on the roster in 2010. Read it.
