If you’re a Wizards fan, you gotta love Dominic McGuire, the 6′9″ do-it-all-but-score “point forward” who is going into his third year this season, but will be playing today in the Las Vegas Summer League. McGuire started 57 games last season and specialized in getting hustle rebounds, stops and assists. Interesting enough [especially in light of what I wrote earlier today], McGuire credits his increased playing time last season to getting serious in the offseason after goofing off to much with Nick Young as a rookie. If only Nick Young could get serious the way McGuire did.
