Ok, it has been awhile. The DCPSR NBA Mock Draft Database has updated our Top 6 consensus, munching together the 70 mock drafts updated since June 10, 2009. This close to the NBA Draft, here is the consensus of the most updated mock drafts on the Internet!
Here they are:
1st Overall Pick:
BLAKE GRIFFIN
Consensus: YES
Percentage of Mocks: 100%
These
is
no question here. The LA Clippers are going to take Blake Griffin
number one overall and all the mocks believe that as well. Griffin has
tallied 100% of all 70 mock drafts, mostly because, well, that is who
the Clippers will pick.
2nd Overall Pick:
HASHEEM THABEET
Consensus: YES
Percentage of Mocks: 68%%
68% of the 70 mocks munched are projecting Hasheem Thabeet to Memphis. That is a rise of 12% since our last updated on June 11.
The big man from Connecticut is NOW a Consensus pick, topping 60%.
3rd Overall Pick:
JAMES HARDEN
Consensus: NO
Percentage of Mocks: 46%
James Harden fell 1% since our last update in 6/11 but remains in steady command as the third pick. More and more mocks are
becoming comfortable with Harden as a Top 3 pick. Ricky Rubio and hasheem Thabeet are getting projections here, But none come close to Harden.
4th Overall Pick:
RICKY RUBIO
Consensus: NO
Percentage of Mocks: 54%
Ricky Rubio is obviously becoming a comfortbale 4th pick in the mocks, gaining 15% since 6/11, but still 6% shy of Consensus status. Rubio shows up in mocks anywhere from 2nd overall to 5th overall, but is well rested at #4.
5th Overall Pick: BULLETS!
JORDAN HILL
Consensus: NO
Percentage of Mocks: 37%
Jordan Hill drops 7% with the Bullets pick but remains in the lead. Hill garners 27% of mocks. Also popping up here are Tyreke Evans, Stephen Curry, and James Harden. Biggest increases go to Evans and Curry. The DCPSR mock is coming soon. Will be interesting to see who Tom slates the Bullets to nab at #5, although the main suspicion is, the Bullets will try and trade out of #5.
6th Overall Pick:
Tyreke Evans
Consensus: NO
Percentage of Mocks: 49%
Tyreke Evans is gaining in the mock drafts, gaining 16% as the 6th pick overall.
