Alexander Ovechkin and Mike Green will be front and center tonight in Las Vegas, as the NHL will show off its annual awards.
HART TROPHY: Alexander Ovechkin is in the running for the NHL MVP Hart Trophy, trying to win the Trophy in consecutive years. Running with Ovechkin are Pittsburgh’s Evgeni Malkin and Detroit’s Pavel Datysuk.

Lindstrom has won 2 staright and 7 overall Norris’. Greed led all defensemen in scoring with 31 goals, 42 assists, and 73 points, including a whopping 18 power play goals. Lindstrom has 16 goals and 43 assists. Chara had 19 goals and 31 assist. But is more than scoring that goes into the top defenseman award. It is overall defense with combined offensive prowess.
