Washington Post reports that the Redskins have made a contract offer to DE Phillip Daniels, for him to return. That means the defensive line will completely be fixed if Daniels accepts the offer.
“Yeah, my agent has been talking to the Redskins and they’re trying to
work out something,” Daniels said. “There are some other teams calling,
so I’m still just trying to take it slow and see what happens, but I’m
hoping we can get something worked out and I can be a Redskin next
season.
Minor league football still exists? Has to. Daniels received other calls.
