Redskins WR Santana Moss, the only player on offense who contributed at all in Sunday’s dismal 20-13 loss to the awful Cincinnati Bengals, was fined $10,000 by the NFL for the stupid “shoe polishing” celebration he did after catching a TD pass from Jason Campbell late in the 2nd quarter. Moss whipped out a handkerchief after scoring and the NFL bans the use of props during celebrations — a reaction to Terrell Owens using a Sharpie pen in a particularly witless TD celebration a few years ago.
