The new poll is up on the left column. Yeah, there could be more answers there, but I think the majority of Redskins Nation would list those three as primary ills. All other ills of the franchise would likely fall into one of these three areas.
So which is the biggest, most paramount concern of the franchise? Vote!

The problem is the front office. Daniel Snyder simply sucks. Even the middle of the road Washington Post today called for his ouster. His experiment in ownership has failed. What the team now needs is a football person, not a business person.
There are a ton of problems with the Redskins, but Snyderrato is at the top of the list. Snyderrato put this team together. Snyderrato hired Jim Zorn. Snyderrato thought the team was a player or two away from a championship when in fact they are nowhere close to a championship and haven't been close since 1991. This team needs to rebuild -- the sooner it is done, the sooner it will be over. The problem is that you don't want rebuilding done by the same unqualified persons who got us into this mess in the first place. The team needs a real general manager and the franchise won't be turned around until it has one.
Snyderrato.
This team has been mediocre at best since Dan Snyder purchased the franchise in 2000. We have not won an NFC East tile, an NFL title, we have not had a better record than 10-6, and if we do make the playoffs, we are one and done.
The failure to put a professional NFL front office in Ashburn is crippling this franchise.

Dan Snyder! Yes Cerrato is a horrible talent evaluator, but any sensible owner would have fired him by now, not continued to promote him and give him more responsibility.
Dan Snyder is a fan with too much money. He should not be an owner because he, like Cerrato, thinks he can judge talent too! With those two at the top, we can never expect to be anything more than mediocre.
I have realized that watching this team this year.
