Mock Draft Database Updates (12/2)

Both of the main Mock Draft Databases have been updated by DC Pro Sports Report.

We fully expect more updates to come later in this week.
There is no consensus number 1 overall pick yet.  However, it appears that many of the Mock Draft sites are projecting either QB Matt Stafford or OT Andre Smith.  Here are the breakdowns of the Mock Drafts that have been updated since 11/22 …
QB Matt Stafford:  9 Mocks
OT Andre Smith:  4 Mocks (all recent December mocks)
QB Sam Bradford: 4 Mocks
DE Michael Johnson:  2 Mocks
For the Washington Redskins (which we cover), there is nowhere close to a consensus on who the Redskins will select or what position they will select from.  Given the Redskins recent slide, I would think most updated Mocks will have the Redskins slated between 21 and 25 overall.  Here are at least the positions that the Mocks are projecting the Redskins will take:

DE: 8 Mocks
DT:  6 Mocks
OL:  2 Mocks
LB:  3 Mocks
DC Pro Sports Report has also updated the NBA Mock Draft Database.  Though not as big as in volume of Mock Drafts,. the traffic generation in the database an don the Mock Drafts rival that of the NFL Mocks, believe it or not.  The NBA Database has 23 mocks drafts listed for the 2009 NBA Draft. As you can probably predict, the  players get most mention in the top 4 picks are Ricky Rubio, Blake Griffin, DeMar DeRozen, BJ Mullens, and James Harden.  Hasheem Thabeet and Al-Farouq Aminu are starting to pop up.
As you can probably guess, we cover the Washington Wizards (how thrilling that is this year so far).  Given the Bullets struggles, 8 of the most recent mocks are projecting the Bullets to select anywhere between 1ast and 4th.
