Sports Talk 980 is reporting the Redskins have signed S Michael Green. Green replaces Justin Hamilton who was released today, after the Redskins placed S Reed Doughty on IR.
There is also a report the Redskins have a new punter. And guess what the connection is — he is a former Seattle Seahawk. The Redskins have reportedly signed P Ryan Plackemeier. Plackemeier punted for Seattle in 2006 averaging 45.0 yards per punt, but then fell to 40.0 yards per punt in 2007.
